Eisenhower ToDo informs you to define how urgent and how important a task is. You define urgency and importance in a very objective way. You dont need to compare all tasks to each other in order to find the right priority - time saving and convenient.

There is just one list for all tasks. No particular lists that have to be held up to date. So tasks on "forgotten" lists will not get lost. You can use filters instead in order to show tasks that belong to a particular category.
